Desert Dwellers, all the packages are ready to go! The shipping service will be picking them up Monday, and you should start to get notifications to that effect. We are shipping via Expedited Service which provides a tracking number. Additionally, for your peace of mind, all items are wrapped in a bag for protection from the elements, and then nestled within a solid cardboard exoshell.
Once that's done, I'll be updating the Backerkit and Kickstarter links with the tracking numbers, and we can call this one a wrap!
Thank you all for your support and feedback during this Kickstarter. We are looking forward to making stories and adventures to last you a lifetime! Find a friend to watch your back, the sands are unforgiving.

Never! We have the desert compass to guide us!
The books are all onsite! The shipping materials are all onsite! We are putting the shipping information into this new fandangled shipping tool (I did the last shipment manually, one by one, which took a wee bit longer than planned.) Packing has started!
All those things together mean a target shipment date of all items by March 23. For those who have asked if they can send me an updated address please reach out!
For those who selected immediate gratification using Backerkit, your packages are already shipped.
I would really appreciate getting feedback on the whole process, including but not limited to frequency of updates, product expectations, even shipping and delivery. We have tried to continuously improve on our processes and after the past few years there is definitely improvement, but always room for more.
Lastly, we have already started work on our next project! We are working with Corey Cole on a new release of Corey's tabletop RPG module, Tower of Indomitable Circumstance.
Looking forward to your feedback, outreach and support as we delivery The City of Tears (and more) to you and continue on to our next grand adventure!

Folks, it's been a month! I've got numerous pieces of good news to share!
Let me start with we've successfully made our targeted file in date with the printer, which means this is assured, and unless the printer comes back, we are still on track. With that, I also have the copies of Roots of Bitterness for our backers who got in within the first three days. These are not available any other way.
The Down in Yon Forest is also in my possession for our Sultan level backers, and anyone who added it as an add-on.
Backerkit is currently locked so if you need to add anything to your orders, message me directly, and I'll unlock. I am expecting to charge cards and start processing those immediate gratification orders this upcoming weekend!
Thanks for your patience, my next outreach will be books onsite, and prepping shipping orders!

Happy New Year folks! I hope you all had wonderful holidays and got to spend time with your gamers, friends, and family!
First, regarding backerkit, I've had some setbacks that delayed it's launch. I think I've rectified all of the requirements and am hoping we are good to go in the next few days!
With that being said, those who pledged under Kickstarter for digital rewards have had them deliverd. They would be sent to the email address provided by Kickstarter. Please check your email address, and spam folder and let us know if there are any issues!
Thanks for your patience and understanding while I work through this Backerkit setup. The City of Tears and Scenic Dunnsmouth rewards are still on track for printing and the orders for Down in Yon Forest and the exclusive Roots of Bitterness have been submitted.

Backerkit Launch, Current Timelines and (What about Surveys?)

My Desert Dwellers, I hope you are all doing well! This past week my family got hit with whatever is going around, so this update is a bit delayed!
We will be using Backerkit to manage shipping and add-ons! Prices for add-ons are discounted by up to 30%! While using Backerkit, if there are any issues, please reach out to me at [email protected], through Kickstarter, or through Backerkit. I'll be happy to help!
Our final edits are in with the printer for City of Tears, and Scenic Dunsmouth is on track for our file-in date. Then we will work to deliver Down in Yon Forest and get Roots of Bitterness printed.
